Precision Splash N Dash is an introductory class designed to build the skills and confidence needed for NADD HydroDash, while also laying a strong foundation for IDS Velocity and Dock Dogs Speed Retrieve events. Teams will learn proper dock positioning, effective release techniques, and how to motivate and drive speed from start to finish. Training focuses on clarity, timing, and enthusiasm, helping dogs understand the job and perform with confidence. An overview of NADD rules and course setup is included so handlers feel prepared for competition environments. This class uses positive reinforcement and allows each dog to progress at their own pace, making it ideal for teams new to timed water retrieve events or those looking to refine speed-based skills. Perfect for dogs who love to jump, swim and race the clock! Prerequisite: Dogs must be confidently jumping off the dock and retrieving toys in the pool.
