Tiana has years of animal experience to include livestock, dogs, cats and exotic pets. She is an experienced dog handler with years of training and certification programs in her resume. She is the Assistant Team Leader of Administration, and the sole dog handler on the Pennington County Search and Rescue team. She has been recently recognized for two finds with her certified Search & Rescue K9, Tango.
Tiana has countless hours of instruction and has completed dog training seminars around the country. She has had the opportunity to learn from many master trainers and shares what she has learned in the classes she teaches. Tiana currently works with the Rapid City Police K-9 Unit. She also volunteers as a club leader for the Pennington County 4-H Dog Project where she works with youth of all ages and a wide variety of dogs, developing skills in Basic Obedience, Rally, Showmanship and Agility.
RyeDoodle offers training classes as well as private lessons in a beautiful facility which includes a dedicated indoor arena for Barn Hunt classes, a separate area for basic puppy and foundation classes and a sand based indoor arena for basic foundation work for intro to agility classes. With 9 acres surrounding the kennel and training arena, there is lots of potential to work outside with distractions and other great training opportunities as well!
The boarding kennel has a dedicated staff of eight experienced care takers to ensure dogs receive the highest quality of care and to ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards.
